Jeffery quickly diagnosed where a water leak under our 13-year-old Kenmore Elite side-by-side refrigerator/freezer was coming from, after narrowing down and eliminating other possibilities. He quickly determined the non-availability of the needed part and left us with options for pursuing the purchase of a new unit. Though the non-repairability was disappointing, I would recommend his work to anyone.
