Dishwasher is still broken- Neil came to repair dishwasher and said it is working and it won't even turn on!!

diswasher rack repair
Your technician was very informative and pleasant. But the estimate I got just to fix by diswasher rack was exorbitanet. over 600.00. I found out later I could order the parts i need online sears direct for 59.00 total. I think I got gyped by a repair call charge. He didnt do anything!

Waste of money
Before I scheduled an appointment, I told them what my error code was F7 E5. The "technician" was here like 5 minutes and told us about another code (A lid lock code) and he had to work on that one 1st (about 400$). The "technician" didn't even clear the codes, because if he would of, that code would of been gone and leaving only the F7 E5 code.
