Seemed efficient
Even though the price to repair is astronomical, and we will look for a new unit, he was knowledgeable and diagnosed our issues quickly. I do not like the Sears automated scheduling system and no way to speak to a human about anything.

Mark was first of all on time and gave me two courtesy calls to inform me his present location and another one when he was headed my way with a approximate time of arrival. One here he went straight to work once l explained to him the problem that l was having with my washer. He like knew right away with no hesitation how to fix and resolve the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable and knew how to listen and answer any questions that you may have about your appliance.

Great work & friendly
Pierre was Very friendly and cleaned up after himself. It was beyond frustrating that our time frame was 8-5, then 1-5, eta 3:31, eta 4:43, eta 3:55, on the way at 4:37, arrived at 5:17 and finished around 7:30. Im sure he was exhausted by the end of the day and I felt horrible that my mom was here all day waiting while we were at work. We had to cancel some evening plans because he was here so late.

Good work terrible customer service
He fixed everything great, but left a mess and showed up almost 2 hours after the appointment window of 8-5.
