Phil was courteous and kind. He was very efficient at his job. When the incorrect part was delivered to my home , he traveled to the nearest store to get the part instead of rescheduling the appointment. Now that's what I call customer service! Thanks Phil!

If Not the First Time, Try, Try Again!
Bryan is a persistent professional. It took him four attempts to fix our microwave/oven — attempts plagued by poor communication from an earlier technician, missing parts, and one no-show for the 2-man job. But he kept at it and now we have a working microwave/oven!

Chris was WONDERFUL
Chris was absolutely amazing! After being without a fridge for several weeks, and getting the run around from another service provider, Chris showed up as our knight in shining armor and fixed us right up! He was kind, knowledgeable, very prompt, and efficient. It's so nice to have a working fridge/freezer again!!!! Thank you, Chris and Sears! We will absolutely be using Sears for any needs we might have going forward.
