Prompt arrival and thorough inspection of 10 year old Craftsman snow thrower. Nothing major to repair, started right up in todays warmer weather. Advised to get fresh gas and run it every few weeks. Should be fine for winter.

The time he was here he was very professional and found the problem with the microwave right away. I hated we had to wait all day for a less than 10 min call but that was not his fault. You should set up window time when service will be there exd: 8-11, 11-1

Sean was courteous, knowledgeable, and remarkably helpful. He efficiently diagnosed the furnace problem, contacted vendors for parts, and when they reported a six-month backorder, he advocated to the insurance company for a replacement. Despite initial resistance from insurance, Sean emphasized the urgency with winter approaching. His persistence paid off, as the insurance company ultimately approved the replacement of the entire furnace. His dedication was commendable.
