Kept updating arrival time
William provided updates on when he would be there, thru email and text. I asked for calls, email and text. I am busy during the day and because of the 8 am - 5 pm. I could miss any one. Not sure if technicians are allowed to try and make contact more than once, I again could have missed my appointment. Have not had chance to test unit, I think William did.

Incorrect information
Sean was great. However, we are disappointed that the information from Will's visit several weeks ago was not translated correctly - we were supposed to have our air conditioning system relaxed yesterday. Unfortunately, the information Sean had was not correct. No fault of his at all.
