Colin was very polite and very thorough with his check of my appliances. He also explained in detail what was wrong with them and how they can be repaired. He really did a great job. Unfortunately at this point with appliances being 13 years old we decided to get new again

Jospeh diagnosed the problem with my Kenmore ice maker. Within a week the part arrived. When the repair was scheduled, I was norified that the technician was arriving. I am very happy that the ice maker works once again.
