Kenmore Washing Machine
We are very pleased with Eric's service call this morning. Our 2006 machine started making lots of noise on Saturday, and it didn't take Eric long to diagnose the problem of a cracked drum and explain what happened. He told us we have had a good long run with our washer, but the time had come to replace it. Eric was very friendly and kind, and we could tell he was very knowledgeable and good at his job. His words of advice and wisdom are much appreciated!

Another Repair
At last we had an honest repairman come to our house. Each of the other times you sent repairman to my house, we checked after the repair had been made, and could tell that the air leak was still there around the damper, the door where the ice comes out. This time, the repairman flat out told me that he did all he could do and he showed me that it still had a gap. We're light and air would be leaking up into the ice receptacle. This time, he called and told whoever was on the other end, that not only is the door no longer in stock. The refrigerator is no longer in stock to replace it with an equal swap. he told them that you will have to replace the refrigerator. This is something that should've been said years ago when we first started on this process when each of the other repairman knew that it was leaking when they left my house we knew it was leaking and we called repeatedly and complained but obviously your company doesn't really care about us , or you would've replaced our refrigerator years ago. I have no complaints whatsoever about Eric. He did what any truly honest repairman would do. He told me that he replaced the parts, showed me what he replaced and he showed me the three pleased part was not going to solve the problem. Obviously, you need more honest repairman like Eric.

Refrigerator second repair
So far so good. Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew right away what the last guy messed up. Very neat too. Put cover on floor. If I need another repair I want him!
