Excellent service and quality of work performed. Technician was on-time and called ahead prior to arrival. Technician had all the necessary tools and equipment to diagnose and fix the problem on both my 25 year old Sears Kenmore washer and dryer. Did not leave a mess behind for me to clean up. Have used Sears Home Services in the past and never had a problem afterwards. Highly recommend.
