Very fast and proficient.
Dennis showed up on time and was very friendly and polite. I described what had happened with my microwave and he knew exactly what was wrong. He had it fixed in less than an hour and was on his way.

I give Vicente 5 stars. Vicente was fantastic. He was very professional and he did a great job. Vicente had to come back to my house to make repair because I was not at home. I am glad he did that because the repair got done. It took forever for part to come in. We had to keep rescheduling for 3 months.

James B did a great job repairing our refrigerator. It's been over a week now & the refrigerator & freezer are holding their temperatures where they should be. Your parts department needs help! If I didn't keep an eye on the parts department emails my repair would have been delayed. Your parts department didn't even know that they shipped both parts & that I had them already. Please get someone in there that knows what they are doing & reorganize that department.
