DISHWASHER- FRANK WAS GREAT, THE SUPPORT SYSTEM IS LACKING
This appointment with Frank was such a pleasant surprise after our two previous experiences. One technician immediately informed us at arrival that he could not work on dishwashers and continued to badmouth Sears as an employer. It was not great-- especially when he lost the cap to a small tube of oil and we searched on the floor (I am 94) and he later found it in his jacket pocket. The following week when we were scheduled again we waited from 8:00 to 4:45 and we called to find out what the problem was -- we were told the apt had been scheduled but no technician had been assigned. I won't share what I felt at that point after being a Sears Maintenance Customer for over 50 years. I am debating the cancellation of the new Maintenace Agreement I agreed to on Oct. 3 and paid for and never could get a copy of the contract - on line the site was not available and over 2 1/2 weeks I got a copy in the mail after many requests over t he phone. Frank was great, we were his last call and I know he was tired but he was efficient, pleasant and I now have a dishwasher that works, not bad I guess. The problem was reported in May. I called several times with questions about the new policy and received varied answers. FRANK was great, but I wonder about my future with Sears and the new contract.

Joseph did a great job replacing our ice maker. He was very polite and friendly when he arrived. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. He cleaned up everything and even took apart the boxes for recycling.

Excellent Tractor Repair
I've used Sears Home Repair Service before and always found it to be a reliable and efficient service. This time was no exception. Allan the service tech was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. As in the past, he corrected my problem quickly. I'll use Sears again if necessary.

Wash machine repair
The technician arrived promptly as promised. He was very professional, answered all of my questions and did the repair very quickly. He also gave me some tips on how to do monthly maintenance to extend the life of the washer.
