Service Call on 12/18/2023
Vince was friendly and helpful. We discussed what was wrong, and he quickly diagnosed the issues. He contacted CHW, and the would not cover a repair cost, and authorized a replacement. Vince explained the process in detail, and asked if we had any questions. We did not, and he shook my hand, wished us a good day and a Merry Christmas, and left for his next appointment.

Vince was very knowledgeable, and respectful. He answered every question that I had for him about my appliance. So I was very impressed with that. He also called when he was in route so I could be prepared for for my appointment. Also very pleasant!

The technician was great. Very professional. Would have him back anytime. The parts are another matter. We had to wait five weeks for it. Called several times. Took forever to get to talk to a person. On 12/5 6:30pm I talked to Jean. She said she would pass on the message and some one would call me back in 24 hrs . She said part was on order. Six days later, still no call. On 12/11 3:51pm called back talked to Abraham. He said the part was ordered on the 8th and that we should call in when we get the part. I don't know how the part could have been ordered when I talked to Jean. But Abraham said it was ordered on the8. They need to get there stories straight. Very disappointed I'm that. We're 73 &76 years old and we had to lift up a heavy door every time we went in & out. My husband is recovering from shoulder surgery and it was hard on him and I. So we weren't happy with the long wait on the part!!! Serviceman was great!!
