John is thorough
Yesterday, my laundry room was filled with water after doing a load of towels mixed with T-shirts. John came and went over the entire machine looking for leaks and couldn't find any and came to the conclusion that probably an unbalanced load had allowed the machine tub to wobble, and spray water outside of the tub as it was spinning. He helped me put a metal pan that I had purchased under the washer before he left so that if it happened again, the water won't spread.

Serviceman good/ lousy repair depts
Heriberto does wonderful work but I can't say anything good about scheduling or getting to the right dept for help. They keep transferring you to someone else. I've been dealing with this issue since I called back in April. No fridge since first of April. Lots of time and stress spent over trying to get help

Scheduler scheduled him for 3 days from 8 to 5. Not shorter times. Hard to work around the long hours provided. And then get a text saying rescheduled for tomorrow. Once he came was very friendly and had it working and drying clothes in no time.
