Jessica arrived right on time. Very pleasant, presents herself well and very friendly and professional. She got right to work and completed the task in short order. I am impressed that she just got back to work after having twin little girls. She cleaned the work area when done and exited

He did well. I only wish he was given all the info. Example I said washer was showing codes E2 and LF. He was only given the E2 code thus it didn't get fixed the first time. I had to pay daughter to go to laundry mat and do wash. Waste of time and money. Also, you need to have separate number for people with protection plan and those who don't.
