Very unorganized staff as well as customer service. It took over a month and a half just to fix my refrigerator. They kept canceling due to the parts not being in. In the meantime, I had already stated that I had all the parts that Was needed to complete the job. They Canceled on me three times without telling me. It was a no call no show I actually had to call and ask them what’s going on. My husband stated If our refrigerator go back out again, we will not be going through our home owners insurance ,we would rather Pay two grand or more for a new refrigerator than to have them come back out to attempt to repair it again.

Had to schedule another appointment after technician said it's fixed. Door slams down now. Does not cancel out previous selected cycle. User interface needed.

Scheduled warranty repair on dryer. Time window for service was 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. they canceled at 5 P.M. the first service reservation. Then on the rescheduled date they set time window for 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. again. So we waited yet again another day for service just to be cancelled at the 5P.M. Time. This was a complete waste of our time and after calling and receiving an answer to when a technician could arrive in one month’s time we decided to warn others of this terrible service. In my opinion this company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat customers. Please read this review before wasting your time with this company.
