Refrigerator Condenser
He was so very professional and courteous. Lito was kind, polite and genuinely felt bad that First American would not allow him to replace my condensor as an LG authorized person has to do it. I've waited now 9 days without a refrigerator and really thought Sears was my answer. So thank you Lito for trying.

Kurt is knowledgeable and quickly had the faulty parts replaced. It took a ridiculous 4 weeks to get the parts, but Kurt had no control over that. His work was timely and effective.

Freezer stopped freezing
On 11/29/2023 my freezer stopped freezing my food. Parts were sent to my home for repair. All new parts were installed. Freezer got cold but would still not freeze a bottle of water. Lito would not give up trying to figure out why it wasn't working properly. He finally figured out the problem. I have my freezer working again. Thanks Lito and all the other technicians who had a hand in this process. It took several try's and patience. I say, thank you to the entire Sears team. The P&A group and all the Technical Team group for their input and support.
