Did not have his truck or tools after waiting over a week for the appointment. The parts would have been on the truck. Now I have to wait another week for service completion. Also, no way to speak with a human after trying 10 numbers. You are not going to get a lot of referrals with this behavior.

Thee Sears technician Greg, was very good. Give him 5 stars. Give the business Sears Home Services a 1 star. Called and was given first appointment - Jan 18. No one showed up. I called at 4:;30 to see if he was still coming. Person on the phone babbled what sounded like nonsense. I could not understand most of what she said but i t sounded like someone would come out on Jan 19. No one showed up. I went on line and made a new appointment for Jan 26. Several days later I received an email that my appointment would be Feb 6. There was no explanation. Then as Feb 6 drew near, I received probably about 6 or 7 emails saying appointment was coming soon. Technician called to say he would be here between 2 and 5 (he was). Another phone all from what sounded like a jabbering bird came later. I have no idea what the 2nd phone call was about - just caught the words "Sears repair". You need to have a real live person on your phone who can speak with customers in understandable English. There are a lot of Kenmore appliances out there. One star for Sears Home Services, and 5 stars for Gregory S.

Canceled the service call after I took the day off from work… rescheduled 3 weeks later with a window of 8am-5pm… showed up at 6pm and had no idea how to fix my oven. Can't call anyone at Sears… it all automated! Awful!
