Dryer repair and cleaning
Harold was great but Sears must always over schedule each day. I scheduled 5 different days to complete the job. I waited and waited to wash some dresses to make sure they didn't shrink before having them shortened. Actually I washed them on the 4th day scheduled and couldn't dry them because I had to schedule a 5th date for two weeks later. I was even getting emails very late like at 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm informing me that the repair man was 30 minutes away.

Great Technician
Rennie, was extremely good at detecting the issue. He immediately did a great job and didn't make me feel like I was some dumb person who can not clean the clogged plug. However, the design of the LG should be improved. I will not recommended buying this Refrigator. Would not buy it again!
