Competent friendly expert service.
The technician was excellent. He was able to diagnose the problem and order the parts. Once the parts came in, he was able to quickly install them. He was amiable and I could tell that he knew what he was doing. He had an air of confidence and calmness.

Rennie H is great but schedule time information is poor
Service Tech Rennie is very good, respectful and knowledgeable. The issue is knowing when the tech will arrive. 8am to 5pm is useless. At least AM or PM would be better. Email notice that tech is on the way is nearly useless since no information about expected arrival time. Why not have the tech call and give and ETA so the home owner can be prepared?????????
