Mr. Bennie arrived exactly on time. He told me what to expect price wise before beginning the work. He was polite, clean and neat with my kitchen, and very efficient. Even though Sears made it impossible for me to alert him to the model number of my stove due to glitches in their email communications, he had the part I needed in his van and knew how to quickly get it in and working.

Gregory was quick, efficient, knowledgeable.
Gregory kept me up to date with his progress getting through other appointments. He arrived when he said he would and tidily checked out and fixed my fridge--putting all the screws etc back where they belonged. This is not always the case with other repair professionals. I would like to say that it is remarkably difficult to make changes or add information to the on-line form. I tried several times and kept being informed that I needed to check back later.
