No one showed up
I waited an entire day to have no one tell me the technician was sick. I had to make the calls myself, and finally found out that the technician was not going to make it. Extremely unprofessional, considering the window they gave me was from 8 AM to 5 PM, I received no less than 10 text messages, reminding me to be home at that time which I was. However, the courtesy was not extend it to me when the technician was not able to make it.
