Anthony was knowledgeable and professional. All of the technicians have been wonderful. The service contract itself is terrible. I have had the service contract for several years and after my last encounter I decided to cancel. I thought I was actually not renewing my contract which was due to expire 12/2024. I used the wrong words and was charged 25.00 for cancellation which I was told could not be reversed. I admit I said cancellation instead of not renewing. This was done after being frustrated with a service call that was scheduled for 10/14 and confirmed and an email sent stating when the technician was to arrive and being cancelled an half hour prior to his arrival time . I was offered no compensation for the abrupt cancellation of this appointment. You can never speak to a supervisor and the person you speak to can not help. The technician came out the next day and serviced the appliance. Customer service STINKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!out of 125.00!!!!!!
