The first time Sears was out, I was the first call in an 8-5 window. However, the service guy did not fix the problem and I had to schedule another appointment. They scheduled another window of 8-5. There were no text updates even though I had signed up for them. They ended up rescheduling for 2 days later at 5:30pm. The rep that came out today fixed the problem.
