The guy that came for the service continued to cough and not attempt to cover his mouth which we didn’t appreciate at all

The technician did a fantastic job-it wasn’t his fault but we were without a washer for 2 Months while we waited on parts to be delivered. Difficult to talk to anyone and get appointments scheduled

I will never recommend anyone to this sears company I've been dealing with them since February 5th,they had to order parts after parts,I had to wait week after week waiting just to find out they stop making the part, I got insurance on my other appliances, to cancel I had to pay $150,and they owed me $107 but I have too wait 3 to 5 business days,But they had been working on part of my oven I don't use,I told them the fan not coming on in my oven,they said that's not the problem it's the conv bake,but how could that be when I've never used that??????
