Excellent
Luis arrived within the time window. He was able to assess the problem almost immediately and to advise me in what to do to "fix" the problem. He also showed me the evidence of the condition I created inadvertently. Fortunately the only charge was the assessment visit. The matter can be addressed by changing conditions that caused the problem.

Excellent experience with the technician, Luis M. However, I wish to complain about a communication from Sears: before the repair appointment, I received a text asking me if I had received all the parts for the repair and to contact Sears if all the parts had not been sent. Since Sears never informed me about what parts to expect, there was no way for me to know whether I had received all the parts or not. In general, I have found communication with Sears to be very difficult. Appointments have been cancelled arbitrarily. Reaching a human being on the telephone is almost impossible. My address on the website was inaccurate and it was impossible to correct it, causing great inconvenience during one service call, when the technician refused to enter my building because the apartment number was not on the service order.
