Great Work & Attitude
Julian thoroughly check the washer for the problem. He explained the issue and the solution. Although a part needed to be ordered, he arranged everything and returned to finish the job!

Refrigerator temperature fluctuates hot and cold
Kyle was conscientious and very polite. He accessed the issue, went and got the part and installed it. He said to give 12 hours to cool. I do hope this fixes the issue.

Noise at beginning of spin cycle
Listened to what I was telling him about the sound I heard machine make. After I explained, he told me what he thought it could be based on his experiences. He opened and put machine to work. Machine didn't make any sounds but Julian went and checked under the machine and also took the agitator out to check underneath that. I appreciate that he took the time to check all of the things that he thought of that could have been the cause of the sound I had heard. He told me to record the next time I use the washer and to record when the spin cycle is going to start to be able to catch the sound and if it does happen again when I place a service call the tech will have a recording of the sound the machine made.

Punctual and personable. Diagnosed the oven problem and replaced the defective part. Cleaned and reinstalled the oven door, etc. Fast and efficient. A positive experience with this technician.
