Ledwing was professional and respectful, which as a senior citizen, I appreciate. He was able to diagnose the problem with my tenant's stove and solve the problem with my stove, which simply needed to have the orifice on a burner cleaned. My only problem was not being able to speak to anyone or effectively use the website because it said the service was scheduled from 8 to 5 and there was no way anyone could be here in the morning, which is why I had originally scheduled it for the afternoon. That is why at the last minute I cancelled the appointment. Fortunately, Ledwing didn't realize that I had done that and came and solved the problem. There was always a busy signal for the 800 6675-2127 Sears Appliance Repair number. I tried it 21 times over two days. On the website, the chat bot kept asking which order number, and when I clicked it, it asked again. This went on for more than 15 times. Because of the inability to speak to a human being at Sears Appliance Repair, I am considering cancelling my contract even though your technician was great.
