10 week repair
Eugene's service today was all we could expect. However, we are NOT happy with the fact that it has been 10 weeks since we initiated this repair and the washer is still NOT fixed! Today was the 7th scheduled appointment but at least 2 of those were NO SHOWS and there was never any communication that no one was going to show. We would NOT recommend this warranty program to anyone.
