Grease all over rug

Monty himself was good. He diagnosed & then did install a mo later after parts arrived. However, there was grease all over the indoor/outdoor carpeting in the laundry room when he was done we have not been able to get out. Knowing he was going to install a gear case which might be messy, he should have at least laid down plastic or a protective barrier. We have tried everything, dawn, rug cleaner, etc to get stains out. We can try a professional rug cleaning co which will cost us $$ or replace the rug which will cost us even more. Just a little respect for people's property would be nice.

Awful service

The technician walked into my home without knocking or even saying hello. He came through my garage and walked in as I was coming out. He did not cover his shoes as he walked in and out of my home. The technician, when asked to move his truck, within minutes of arriving, because he was blocking a car, he rudely sighed and then pulled his truck onto my lawn. This gentleman is an unprofessional individual with a bad attitude.

Service sucks

My wife originally called in August and was given a service date of Sept 12th the service tech came and diagnosed a faulty temp switch and ordered the part and said it should be 2-3 days for switch to arrive, and set a date for the 18th to install the switch. I received texts saying that tech would be here next day!! The 18th arrived but no tech. We tried to call service but got automated messages and no help in finding out about when tech was coining. The tech that was here left his card so we called him, He said that he quit working for Sears repair that its wasnt worth what they were paying!! My next was to call and reschedule to have switch installed on Sept 28th. The tech came today and was done in less then 45 mins. I find this totally unacceptable, we had to throw away everything in the refrigerator. Even the tech that came said that sears treats them horribly and if they keep it up they wont have anyone working for them. We took the contract so that's this wouldn't happen! Im seriously thinking about not renewing it. Whos gonna pay for all the food I lost, why wasn't I notified that my appointment on the 18th was not going to happen when i understand that the 1St tech quit right after diagnosing the bad switch. Please call or email me with a resolution on my loss of food and use of my appliance due to your inconpatance!!
