Monty is professional & polite. He did a great job servicing our dryer. Making the appt was not a nice experience. I was constantly being asked about purchasing more coverage after declining. This was a waste of my time & your employees time.

We were very frustrated that Sears seemed unable to get the needed parts to fix our refrigerator. We were using a mini fridge for about a month, and were panicky because we were hosting holiday dinner and desperately needed our fridge. The serviceman came, unexpectedly, and quickly got our fridge working. There was no mess, and he took care to leave everything in good order and in time for the holidays. He did a great job.
