Not only did he replace the parts necessary but he also adjusted the air flow - showing his experience and excellence to make sure this is the last service appointment! Robert was great. However trying to reschedule the washer appointment when one had been scheduled, then rescheduled by SEARS (only not to show up at all after I ran home from being out running errands) , and being canceled and rescheduled yet again ! —then and having problems with PARTS for dryer— the whole experience was a nightmare. (Though in fairness, because the part could not be obtained for my dryer, I was bought out of it.) It left me without my washer and dryer for four weeks. I had to go to the laundromat four different times and spend needless money which was not reimbursed on my warranty.
