Michael is excellent in the execution of his job. I really wish all other levels such as customer service and management were as concerned with the well being of the customer. Michael has always tried to provide the most excellent service he can But transformco leaves much to be desired. The customer service representatives lie. Blatantly lie to a customer under the premises that they have a process and are ignorant asto how the call is going to go. Well it has been 3 mo the that I have not had a washing machine. I am disabled and my daughter has a disabled son . She does not have the luxury to go sit at a laundry mat. When the first technician came her back In April he said that the washing machine would need to be replaced. So what did my home warranty company do. They sent another tech out the following Monday to confirm that it wad more economical to replace the repair. But he was ordered by his office to order the 13 or 14 parts needed to repair this machine we waited weeks for parts. After about 6 weeks I called and was told there were parts o backorder. A week later I asked a representative to go through the parts order with me low and behold all the parts were here. Waited 2 or 3 more weeks to get a tech scheduled to come out. He was surprised that a second tech had not been scheduled with him as he said it is a 2 man job. The next day I waited for 2 techs to show up. After about 1 hour it was stated by both that the unit needed to be replaced. A few more weeks of customer service lies and supposedly no one put I for the unit to be replaced. After numerous phone call and being hold for an average of 4 hours.i was told that they needed to send a tech out to take pictures. And that they have 10 days from June 19th to make this replacement happen all along had been quoted 3 to 5 days. When I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor I was told that they do not speak with customers or call them back. I have spent my life is sales and customer service. And to me that sounded downright deplorable. Why do you feel you do not need to take care of your customer. On the average I speak to almost 500+ people each week .and I can tell you I will not recommend this company to a single person. Some of my clients I have had for over 20 years and they do look to me for recommendations. I am hoping you will resolve my issue this week. I have called local media the NEW YORK STATE ATTORNEY GENETAL AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I WILL BE GETTING A LAWYER BY MO DAY TO NOT ONLY RECOUP THE MONEY FOR THE WASHI G MACHINE I NEEDED TO BUT ALSO MY TIME AND AGGRAVATION. REGINA SARGENT FOR ROSE KERSTANSKI
