Fridge ice maker repair
Ollie did a thorough evaluation of the problem, explained to us why it wasn't working, ordered us a new ice maker and scheduled the appointment to install the replacement. He was quick, courteous and professional.

Ice maker "repair"
Not so sure the repair actually repaired my faulty ice maker. Technician had zero personality, seemed unsure how to solve the problem, and wasn't sure how to pull the refrigerator out of its spot. Did not provide insight into the cause or how to prevent it in the future. Did not tell us how to know if the repair was successful; I guess just wait to see? Commented that if it's a certain part, it might not be something that can be fixed. Also? Scratched my hardwood kitchen floor while moving the refrigerator. Didn't clean the floor mess that he made. Disappointing.

he didn't fix my stove
He was a nice guy, but the previous technician who came to take a look at my stove didn't order the right replacement pieces. Randy told me he could not do anything with the pieces ordered, he needed the entire set of burners, but when he tried to order the right pieces it wasn't possible because the exceeded maximum amount of pieces ordered based on the policy. so he ended up closing the ticket's repair without doing anything to fix the stove. I don't understand why they sent a different technician to do the repair and not the technician that originally came to do the diagnostic, now I'm still with my stove issue that doesn't turn on and wasted two workdays.

Incompetent and untrustworthy.
Lied to me saying part was ordered. Told insurance provider a different story suggesting that a two year old refers compressor was bad do to user and isn't covered. FYI compressors are covered for 5 years. I followed up to get a return date estimate and was told the call was closed by tech and he said not covered. I would like William disciplined if not fired. Big hassle for me now rectifying his intentional mis diagnosis

Worst Service Ever
This is a complete rip off. Nothing was fixed for the second visit and I have been charged over $280, plus stayed home from work for 2 days waiting for the repairman to arrive. Please refund all of my money.
