Five Stars goes to the tech that was in and out of my house in less than 1/2 hours replacing the new parts our washing machine needed. That is after dealing with the customer service for over 2 weeks; they get a lot less stars. What a headache!

Prompt, friendly service. I hope this fixes the problem. The technician was fine, but unfortunately Sears canceled two previous appointments on the day of after we had set aside the time. That was unprofessional.

These men were very professional. They came when they said, they were going to come. They repaired the refrigerator and freezer with no problems at all. They cleaned up after themselves and they never left a mess.
