Snowblower was running terribly, and it did seem a carburetor problem, It would always start, but couldn't open the choke at all no matter how long it ran. It was also running weak and using too much gas. The technician who came was confident that was typical because of the new gas with ethanol, and changed the carburetor. He knew how to change it, because did it in no time. He recommended adding a gas additive to prevent problems because of the ethanol. It runs much better now, and can take it off choke and have it idle well and run well at full throttle.
