Washer repair
The repair representative arrived on time and repaired the washer. After completion, he used his electronic device to explain what happened to cause the need for repair and informed me of what to do in the future when selecting clothes to wash.

Excellent service
Desmond arrived within appt window, and called ahead to confirm placement of machines. He listened to my concerns about the dryer and washer, particularly as the dryer did have a cleaning maintence done within the last 5 business days. He took photos of the dryer and explained what needed to be done, including the possibility of needing a new part. However he was able to provide a solution and repaired the dryer hose. He also ran the washer and explained the clutch brake mechanism that causes the sounds I was concerned about. I truly appreciated his thorough explanations and patience and his positive demeanor.
