Lu was very professional. He set right to work and advised what the issue was, indicated what the final cost would be. He offered insurance also which I declined. I was impressed with his skill and the efficient way he made the repair. I would definitely use Sears repair again.

Very informative. While there wasn't much that he could do for our refrigerator he was honest. I'm sure someone could've made up an issue to get additional pay, Nazim did not. He told it like it is. Very good. Now if only my fridge had been better.
