Stove estimate
I gave 5 stars for the service tech very professional. I did not have the work done but it was only because the price was crazy high almost the price of the stove for a knob and an igniter.

Alessandro was the best!
There was very good communication with Sears so you knew when the service person would arrive. It makes waiting a lot easier when you know. Alessandro was pleasant and efficient. He explained exactly what would happen and made sure we understood. I was not happy about having to replace a part on a dishwasher that was barely a year old but Alessandro eased our anxiety with his calm demeanor.

Manuel did well and explained issues well. However, my experience with Sears home warranty services had been a nightmare. This is the second appliance that I have called for and each time, I was provided by vendors who didn't know what they were doing. A lot of wasted time calling and wasted time waiting and diagnosing and NOT ABLE TO FIX. I am not so happy with the choice of vendors and service providers that Sears is contracting with. I am more likely to cancel my warranty contract with Sears …. I am actually considering it.
