Sean was great. One of the parts for my refrigerator was ordered incorrectly and it took awhile for me to get it in the mail. They were also supposed to be here on Tuesday, I waited all day from 8:00 til 4:45, when they texted me and said that I was canceled for Tuesday and I was confirmed for Wednesday from 8:00 til 5:00 again. This is ridiculous and there needs to be better communication. They didn't call or text that they were on the way. The wait time needs to shorter. I can't keep taking days off.
