Bernard was knowledgeable and kind. He gave me the information that I needed to be able to better take care of my machine, and was respectful about it. He was on time, had wonderful communication, and quick and thorough service. I would definitely recommend using this company. I was a little hesitant at first because I had my machine serviced through the lowest warranty division, and Lowe's had absolutely terrible options and communications. But A&E was the company they went through, and they had excellent communication, options, and service.

Javar arrived and got right to it. He seemed to know all the right questions to ask, and advised me on how to avoid future problems. I appreciated the thorough job he did, especially because I was the last stop on a snowy day. The Sears scheduling and notification system could be improved. First appointment scheduled for the next day was rescheduled by Sears for 10 days later. No problem, it wasn't an emergency. I received countless confirmation texts and emails in the interim, but when it came to the day of the appointment, the texts narrowing the window from 8-5 required navigating on my phone every couple of hours. Javar deserves all 5 stars, Sears deserves about 4.
