Hot Frig
Told me he was rather new at this job - only 5 months on the job. Said all these appliances are different. Told me it would take 2 hrs. But he was surprised at how super simple the repair was and it took no time at all. I guess he just had to attach the fan with a few screws, plug it in and it was done. He made me move the frig out but helped a little pushing it back in. Hopefully, he fixed the problem! The frig is working now!

Prompt GE Refrigerator Service
Javar is a knowledgeable and competent Service Technician. While the ultimate solution of replacing the compressor is awaiting authorization from Assurant. Javar cleared out accumulated ice which helped the refrigerator operate better even though the compressor is inefficient and require replacement. Assurant told me that Javar as the Service Tech must obtain the authorization to replace the compressor. Javar was on hold for 30 minutes and then requested that I call for authorization but according to Assurant that only Javar can request and get repair authorization.

Bernard was fine it is Sears in general My claim began Nay 19 it is still not resolved the part was NLA and all this time Chouce keeps telling me they are waiting in a response from you as to how to proceed . I paid my fee it's not been repaired or replaced very dissatisfied
