Tyler was great, this was a followup appointment to install a broken piece in an appliance. He was really polite and very efficient. The appliance is in great working condition again.

Service was fantastic - thank you Daniel. Sears Pricing very high and rather exorbitant. Replaced a dryer door switch for $339.00, part was found on line by a friend for $5.77. Next visit is 12/26 costing $492.00, that part is on line for $195.00. Feel a bit ‘had’.

Daniel D. Was prompt for our visit. Diagnosed the problem quickly and offered several options as we had no warranty coverage. Was very impressed on our 1st use of A&E service. We did discover that the part in question had a 10 year coverage by LG. I have contacted them and they are shipping the part. I will then be contacting A&E for the install. Still deciding on the home service policy that Dan review with us.
