Repair of washer
Hector is a great technician, responded to all my questions respectfully and answered with confident. He was diligent, careful with moving the appliance, did quick testing for issues with washer, identified the parts that was received and replaced broken suspension pieces with confidence. The automated system identifying the tech is terrific as was the tech!! He was professional and personable. He identified and fixed our problem quickly. Additionally he performed a CM check on our oven just "to be sure". Although it's never fun to have to repair an appliance, I was very pleased with the service.

A true master of the trade
Bruno took this as serious business and got straight to work. Within moments he identified and informed me of the problem. In an impressive amount of time he replaced the faulty compressor and was letting it cycle through. Bruno did the whole install with a smile on his face and answered any questions i posted to him.
