Microwave repair
He had ordered the correct part to do the repair, but the new part was not compatible to the wiring harness. He called the factory and they were not able to give him any fix to the problem. He said that the warranty company would be in touch with me

My LG washer was throwing a thermistor errors soon as machine started. Tadd ordered a thermistor and a wire harness. We received wrong harness (part number was not correct right harness was not available). Replaced thermistor still had error. Continuity between power board and thermistor was good. Installed new power board, still had error. Found faulty connector on harness. Hard wired thermistor, problem solved. New power board not needed. Correct harness needed. Tadd was customer oriented and professional. Went out of his way to get our washer back in working order.
