He was very quiet and distant. He thought my washer was fine. He replaced the parts that I had received in the mail. I haven't seen a change in how my washer washes the clothes and still either doesn't spin out correctly or it just stays filled with water

Too much
The tech was fine, but had I known it would cost almost $400 to defrost my freezer (no parts only labor [1 hour]) , I probably would have passed. Not a happy customer

Washer
He came on 19th with 10 min notice. He changed some parts and within 5 minutes and left. with out running the machine and machine is still broken not working at all.

Ice maker
Eric came said that within 3 hours we would have ice cubes and 48 hours later…. Still nothing

Fridge still not working
I have had sears technicians at my house 4 times the initial diagnosis by one and the other 3 by another technician. Apparently it was the compressor known issue for LG but mine had 2 years left on warranty. I was told I would owe labor only which was 480.00. The technician came to install the parts once they finally arrived and I was billed 761.00. He told me he couldn't do anything on his end I had to dispute the charge with sears. That day fridge still not working. He came back again today to update the computer at no charge to me and lo and behold my fridge still doesn't work. The whole charge is being disputed with my credit card company and I am done dealing with this. Don't buy LG they don't last and no one is willing to work on them except sears and my fridge still doesn't work.

Awful
Everything Joe did was helpful, but that is where the positive experience ended! We have been without an oven since the springtime. My contract says that you have 22 days to either fix or replace my unit, not! Will this same stuff happen with my other appliances? I, and a representative from my NYS Senators office were on the phone with your company 2 times in the last month to no avail??? NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
