Best Electronic Appliance Support
Joe has been efficient & helpful every time Sears extended service has sent him out for the last few years. He explains what has happened (eg what a malfunction code meant) and gives me hints to keep my appliances running smoothly. This time he solved issues with 3 different appliances... Luckily they all turned out to be minor and everything is working again.

Skilled Professional
Jay was ver y pleasant and his skills I observed to be excellent in reworking a leaking refrigerant line. He knows and uses his tools in a most proficient manner. I highly recommend him.

Replaced Compressor
The compressor was replaced with only a minor delay complicated by some difficulty with braising one of the tubing components. Eric handled the difficulty in a highly professional manner and was able to work through to a successful completion. He took great care to protect the vinyl flooring from any damage that could have occurred using torches. We experienced the misfortune of a no show scheduled appointment that delayed the repair for an additional 5 days. We were without a refrigerator for a total of 21 days. Hopefully this can be improved on! We were very annoyed the the repair person was rescheduled yet we were still expecting a repair person to arrive on the first scheduled repair date. If you are going to reschedule the repair person, don't leave the customer hanging!!

Technician great, Appointment scheduling not great
Tadd has done maintenance checks on my washing machine in the past. he's always on time, professional and willing to explain what he's doing. However, I feel like your scheduling protocol needs to be improved. I feel there must be some way for Sears to give customers a smaller window of time for the appointment. 8am-5pm seems excessive and forces you to wait around all day. It was almost 1pm before I found out that the tech would not arrive until after 4pm.
