Your technician did a good job taking care of my dryer problem.. but your AI system is terrible because you don’t allow the customer to give detailed info to the tech such as entry instructions for a second home where the owner is not there. I had to make 3 service appointments before someone gained entry to fix my dryer. I believe that if the tech had access to notes that I could have made on your site the night before the appointment my dryer would have been fixed on my first scheduled appointment. Your system wastes the time of you techs and you lose money not to mention my frustration because I couldn’t communicate with anyone.
