Dennis was very polite and knew what he was doing.
I feel my service call went well, but MY ICEMAKER STILL doesn't work. Again, the service person said to wait, and it will start to make ice. Well, it isn't making any ice and I have waited all night until this morning. Five months of appointments and two service persons and STILL the problem exists! ! ! I am REALLY getting irritated with Sears Home Services!
