Dryer service
This is not a reflection on Joseph and his partner. They both were very polite and helpful. However, I was not happy with the way you do scheduling. I waited a week for my 1st appointment on 8/04. Then late in the day received a text that it had been rescheduled for a whole week later. No explanation. No way to contact you by phone...thank goodness I have a computer and mobile phone access, or would not have been able to have any of this information. Not everyone is able to do business this way. For this appointment, it was 30 min beyond the time expected (so much for the range of between 8 and 5); consequently, 0two FULL days inconvenienced. It would be much better if you had more consideration for your customers. Thank you for giving me the chance to vent.

Joseph was great, but Sears Home Service dragged this out FAR to long. It took 4 months and 10 appointments for you to FINALLY determine that it was not repairable, wasting at least 15 hours of my time and extreme inconvenience of not being able to wash our close at home.
