Competent and Thoughtful Service
Technician Michael B. contacted us early to provide our appointment window and kept us updated on expected arrival time as the day progressed. Upon arrival he was friendly, listened to description of our range's symptoms and recent repair history, and then thoroughly tested and diagnosed the problem. Although a needed oven part is no longer available, his thoroughness in checking and calibrating the oven and explaining his findings was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use Sears home repair service again.

Excellent service and professionalism
Michael was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly. He was also very efficient and completed his work in a timely manner. Our dishwasher ended up needing a replacement part, so he wasn't able to repair our appliance on the spot, but he effectively communicated the proper diagnosis to Home Shield and facilitated the process to get a new replacement for our home. He was the 2nd opinion sent to our home because the first technician from Superior Appliance was incompetent and did not know how to even diagnose the problem correctly. Micheal was clearly knowledgeable in his field and trouble shot the issue, inspecting the different potential causes of the malfunction and was able to diagnose the issue. We were very satisfied with the level of professionalism and knowledge Micheal displayed on this service call. He was so very friendly too, my 2 year old son was very curious at what he was doing and he interacted with my son in a very positive way and I appreciate that. Thank you Michael.
